1. Housing and Reservation Payments

2. Security Deposits

Moving out early, abandoning a room or property, or terminating an agreement before its scheduled expiration does not automatically entitle the occupant to a refund.
Any refund, credit, or remaining balance will be determined according to the applicable rental or occupancy agreement and applicable law.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or were charged an incorrect amount, please contact Cultura Homes promptly.
After verification, eligible duplicate or erroneous charges may be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we encourage you to contact Cultura Homes so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions may be investigated and disputed as permitted by law.
